The amazing adventures of a brave little dog who really believes he has super-powers! Bolt (voiced by John Travolta) is a four-legged action hero and the star of his very own hit TV show. Raised on the set, Bolt believes everything that happens in the show is real and that he actually has been genetically engineered to have astounding powers (including incredible strength, laser vision, and an earth-shaking super-bark). But when Bolt is accidentally shipped from his Hollywood sound stage to New York City, he begins his biggest adventure yet - a cross-country journey through the real world to get back to Penny (voiced by Miley Cyrus), his beloved owner and co-star. With the help of two unlikely companions - a jaded, abandoned housecat named Mittens (voiced by Susie Essman) and a TV-obsessed hamster named Rhino (voiced by Mark Walton) - Bolt eventually discovers that he doesn't need superpowers to be a hero.
